Expertise
Cathrine is an experienced litigation lawyer and legal advisor. She works across the full spectrum of commercial law, with particular expertise in contract law, intellectual property and marketing law, corporate law, and consumer law.
Cathrine regularly litigates complex disputes in the ordinary courts, the Land Consolidation Court, and alternative dispute resolution bodies. She also advises clients on matters before public authorities and supervisory agencies. Her cases span a wide spectrum from various contractual disputes, liability issues to infringement of rights, monetary claims disputes and the validity of decisions made by the public authorities, corporate or association bodies.
With experience from the courts, public administration, and interest organizations, she draws on a broad background in both litigation and advisory roles.
