Prices and Terms

Fend Law Firm DA strives to offer competitive pricing for our services. Fees are primarily determined by time spent but may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case, the values and interests at stake, and the results achieved.

The hourly rate is agreed upon in each case and may differ depending on whether the client is a private individual or a business. At the start of an assignment, clients are informed of applicable hourly rates, how fees are calculated, and our billing practices.

• For private clients (consumers), our indicative hourly rate ranges from NOK 2,500 to NOK 5,000, depending on the case. VAT comes in addition. We reserve the right to deviate from this range in special cases. Time is calculated with a minimum of 15 minutes per task. Any expenses related to the case are invoiced in addition.
• For business clients, pricing is subject to separate agreement.
