Expertise
Nicolai V. Skjerdal has extensive experience as a litigator, both as a defense attorney in criminal cases and as lead counsel in complex civil disputes. He was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2007 and has presented several important cases there. His areas of expertise include financial crime, human & civil rights, and administrative law.
He has served for many years as lecturer and examiner at the University of Oslo Law School, and has written numerous articles and books. Nicolai is also a speaker in Norway and internationally on the rule of law and human rights.
