Mats focuses on civil disputes arising from misconduct, financial crime cases, as well as crisis management and advisory services related to corruption-related issues. He has assisted in high-profile matters involving corruption, insider trading, breach of trust and other forms of financial crime, as well as in complex civil disputes, including cases concerning board and professional liability, bankruptcy, real estate and cryptocurrency.
Mats is ranked among Norway’s leading lawyers in financial crime by Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey, and has on several occasions previously been awarded the ‘Up & Coming’ category in the same ranking.
